This paper presents first objective, through a review of the geographical and historical arguments that allow the South American country its sovereignty claim over the islands, demonstrate the complexity that has this problem. From this, we propose an alternative political strategy, aimed at obtaining results in the medium and long term, based on three points: the policy of rapprochement with the population, the development of an integration project influenced by the measures implemented by the Argentine the late '60s and early '70s, and the reform of the Constitution Argentina, based on the case of Hong Kong, recognizing that the archipelago is in effect a charter driven by the United Kingdom. To carry out our analysis we use different tools sciences (history, politics, law, etc.) because we believe it is not enough to address the issue of the Falklands from the perspective of one of them.
