On the basis of these sociological polls and interview to pupils, graduates of military schools of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Suvorov military schools, the Nakhimov military sea schools and experts in 2002-2013 is developed theoretical construct of perspective model of secondary specialized military education, conceptually is developed and its place and a role in structure of cadet formation of modern Russia is empirically proved.
