[경제] Expanding Carbon Pricing in Colombia : Final Report for the Partnership for Market Readiness Project

This report assesses the main outcomes achieved at the closure of Partnership for Market Readiness (PMR) Colombia. Observed results confirm the important contribution of this project to the Colombian development and climate policy landscape, developing technical knowledge products, practical tools and capacity building activities that are shaping the design of the national carbon pricing policy mix and informing the ongoing review of the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC). This report is organized as follows: the first section outlines the country context prior to the PMR project; the second outlines the project goals, the implementation process and the key outcomes; and the third evaluates the impacts of the project in the country and outlines next steps, lessons learned, and recommendations.
