[무역] Armenia: Export- and Innovation-Led Industrial Development

The technical assistance (TA) aimed to improve Armenia’s industrial and innovation policies. Specifically, the TA tested different instruments for industrial development. Furthermore, it complemented an ADB TA on investment promotion, which aimed to improve Armenia’s capacity to attract committed investors to the country. The TA efforts supported the identification of policy areas that could enhance business competitiveness and be the basis of an ADB policy-based operation.
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the TA.
IED overall assessment is less than successful.
