This handbook offers actors within government agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), donor agencies, and other institutions a flexible framework for delivering a labor market intervention to support the school to work transition of low-income youth into formal employment in strategic productive sectors. The handbook builds on the experience of the Mexico Youth Labor Market Inclusion (MYLMI) pilot project implemented in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The MYLMI addressed labor market challenges faced by youth in their transition from school to formal work.
