The project included water supply and sanitation (WSS) infrastructure with other components: (i) nonmunicipal infrastructure improvement in urban water bodies, (ii) complementing tourism infrastructure at heritage sites, (iii) institutional development, and (iv) investment program assistance. . The expected outcome was improved access to better urban services in eight program urban local bodies (ULBs).
This report validates the completion report's assessment of the project. IED overall assessment: Less than successful.
