The COBP is aligned closely with the program of the Government of Armenia for 2019–2023, which supports the development of an export-oriented and inclusive economy that meets high technological, industrial, and environmental standards. The main objectives of the government program include (i) expanding the opportunities for economic activities, (ii) increasing public administration efficiency, (iii) developing human potential, and (iv) developing and expanding access to reliable infrastructure.
