The Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance (PEACE) in Ukraine project is an emergency response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. It aims to sustain government capacity to exercise core functions and deliver services. It reimburses government expenditures after verifying payments to individuals (public employees and beneficiaries). The Second PWC report covers a subset of expenditures (67 percent) made from September to December 2022, and reimbursed by the PEACE project from November 2022 to April 2023.
